Everything that Never Happened

Hologram People

Everything that Never Happened is a record about the lives and selves that existed only as possibility.

Concept

It turns toward abandoned futures without trying to recover them: honoring what was imagined, mourning what disappeared, and appreciating the traces left behind. Across ten tracks, Hologram People moves through distance, doubt, emotion, rebellion, farewell, reflection, and silence. Memory behaves like an afterimage—real in its effect, impossible to hold—while each absence reveals something about desire. Yet the album does not make a home of regret. Looking back becomes a method: a way to release false destinies, understand what still matters, and decide which parts of the past deserve to travel forward. By giving the unreal a temporary form, the record loosens its claim on the present. What remains is not closure, but a clearer presence: the knowledge that unlived possibilities can be honored without becoming a prison, and that there are still life chances remaining.
